ORDER

The appellant is an accused in Crime No.42 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police, which was registered for the offence under Sections 449, 302 of IPC r/w Sections 3(2)(v) of the SC/ST (POA) Act. He filed an application seeking bail before the trial Court in CrIMP.No.458 of 2024 and it was dismissed by order dated 15.04.2024. Therefore, he has filed this criminal appeal

2. When this appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that pending this appeal the petitioner was released on bail by the trial Court on 15.04.2024 under Section 167(2) of CrPC.
