ORDER

The petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2023 and file the final report within a stipulated time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the investigation in Crime No.64 of 2023 was completed and final report has been filed through e-filing, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi.

3. In view of the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The respondent Police shall ensure that the final report has been taken on file within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
