Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to receive the Petitioner's RTI Applications dated 25.3.2015 and 7.4.2015 and provide information in accordance with RTI Act and further to direct the first respondent to ensure that all Public Information Officers of the Tamil Nadu State Government would receive all RTI Applications in future and enforce the RTI Act properly.
