PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 116/2024 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.116 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) IPC, have filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 18.04.2024 the accused persons scolded the defacto complainant in filthy language and assuated him with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the occurrence took place only on 23.04.2024 and in 2/3

the said occurrence, four persons were injured, in which, three persons were discharged from the hospital and one person is still taking treatment in the hospital.

5. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the victims and the fact that one of the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
