ORDER

The petitioner seeks police protection to him and his property.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition, which is given by the petitioner, was closed as "civil in nature", since a civil suit is also pending between the parties.

3. In view thereof, the petitioner shall move the civil Court for any interim relief. If the civil Court pass any decree in his favour, he can move again for police protection.
