The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent Police are not harassing the petitioner. The petitioner has been added as an accused in Cr.No.458 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
