O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the present Revision petition, to direct the learned Additional District Munsif(Rent Controller), Madurai, to dispose the petition in E.P.No.23 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.311 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif(Rent Controller) Madurai, as expeditiously as possible within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed the petition in R.C.O.P.No.311 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif(Rent Controller), Madurai, on the ground of willful default, against the respondent/tenant and in the said petition, an exparte decree was passed on 03.11.2015. Thereafter, the petitioner has filed an application in E.P.No.23 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.311 of 2014 before the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town. The aforesaid application has been adjourned from time to time without prejudice cause to the interest of the petitioner.

In view of the said submissions made by the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the learned Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose the E.P.No.23 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No.311 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Madurai Town, as expeditiously as possible.

5. In view of the above directions, the Civil Revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
