*********** [Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents 2 to 4, their officials, subordinates and servants from disturbing or interfering into the petitioner's petty shop business at 0/6, Madurai - Lakeview Road, [Central Market Gate Right Side], Madurai.

2. During the course of the hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner himself would remove the shop in question within a period of one month. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to remove the shop in question and to hand over vacant possession of the land to the respondents within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
