ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli in Cr.M.P.No. 1365/2025, vide order dated, 01.04.2025 in so far as Clause (c) of the condition is concerned by deleting the same.

2. Heard on both sides. This Court has perused the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli made in Cr.M.P.No. 1365/2025, vide order dated, 01.04.2025.

3. This Court does not find any illegality or irregularity in the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli. Hence, this Court is not inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli, in Crl.M.P.No.1365 of 2025, dated 01.04.2025. 2/3
