Pleased to call for the records to set aside the order passed in C.C.No.147/2016 dated 04.08.2018, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court,Rajapalayam which was confirmed in Crl.A.No.105/2018 dated 18.08.2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.THIRUNAVUKKARASU M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.DINESH, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2675 of 2023 in Crl.R.C. (MD)No.188/ 2023, dated 15.02.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing on 06.06.2023, this Court directed the Registry to call for a report form the concerned Court regarding the compliance of the conditions. In pursuance of the direction, the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputtur (FAC) Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, has submitted a report, dated 08.06.2023 stating that the petitioner has been appearing before the Court on the first working day of every week from 13.03.2023 till 05.06.2023.

3. Considering the above, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 4.The petition is ordered accordingly.
