PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to transfer the specialized subject wise Teachers, those who have been accumulated in one College for accessibility of their native place and are working in a different branch subject in Post Graduate course in law to all the respective Government Law Colleges for handling the Post Graduate subjects in law in accordance with University Grants Commission guidelines and for the welfare of the students.
