This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2025 and take appropriate action against the persons mention in the representation.

2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint before the respondents 1 and 2 on 10.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint is under consideration by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural, Dindigul. Earlier, the petitioner lodged a complaint and the same was closed after enquiry. However, the present complaint is under enquiry 2/5

before the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural. Therefore, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the petitioner's complaint is under enquiry with the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural, this Court, directs the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dindigul Rural, to consider the petitioner's complaint and act in accordance with law within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.
