O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed, to direct the second respondent herein to issue non-traceable certificate for Doc No. 96/BK3 to the petitioner based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.04.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint dated 10.04.2023 before the respondent for missing of his original Will dated 07.09.2007, but no action was taken as on date and hence, he has also sent representation to the respondents.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representations dated 10.04.2023, is pending.

5. Considering the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and complete the same by following the circular issued by the Director General of Police within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, the petitioner may workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
