RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the one of the condition that the petitioners shall jointly deposit a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 293/2021 before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor as without any deposit in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.7835/2021 dated 21/06/2021. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.SUSI KUMAR.C., Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify one of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7835 of 2021 dated 21.06.2021 directing the petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.1,25,000/- to the credit of Crime No.293 of 2021 before the concerned Court.

2. This Court after taking into consideration the facts of the case and also the role played by the accused persons and other relevant factors imposed this condition, hence this Court is not inclined to modify the condition.

3. In the result, the petition stands dismissed. However two weeks time is extended to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7835 of 2021 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
