J U D G M E N T

Heard both sides.

2. Vide order dated 29.07.2025 in W.A.(MD)No.498 of 2023, we had held that a middle school headmaster is entitled to incentive increment only if he acquires M.Ed. qualification. For acquiring B.Ed. qualification, incentive increment cannot be granted.

3. The case on hand is squarely covered by the aforesaid decision. The order passed by the learned single Judge is set aside. This writ appeal stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
