To this appeal on file on call for records from the Lower Court and duly set aside the judgment passed by the Learned Special District Judge to deal with the cases of offences in contravention of the provisions of the Mines and Minerals (D&R) Act, 1957, Madurai in Spl.C.C.No.9 of 2021 dated 30.12.2022 and acquitted the appellants.

CRL MP(MD) No.6769 of 2023 This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.1464 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD) No.81 of 2023 dated 30.01.2023.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 27.02.2023 till today, but, the first petitioner has not appeared for a period of four weeks during the said period and subsequently, he has appeared till today.
3. Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
