Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.I.VELPRADEEP, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition for 05 days.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the conditions regularly and due to fever he has not complied with the conditions. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the petition that due to fever he has not complied with the conditions and also the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic situation, the condition imposed on the petitioner is fully relaxed.
