The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2025 pertaining to name correction in patta No.2044. 2.Heard Mrs.K.Kavika representing Mr.E.Mohammed Abbas, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the parties would consent for the writ petition being disposed of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders on the same within a period of 8 weeks. 4.In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the request for name correction in patta No.2044 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law 2/4

within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
