2.The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.02 of 2022, which was registered on the file of the respondent against the accused.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent would submit that investigation officer is conducting investigation and it will be completed within period of four months and the final report will be filed before the concerned court.

4.Recording the submission and accepting the request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report within a 2/4

period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After filing final report before the concerned court, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry.

5.This petition is disposed of, accordingly.
