ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.95 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148 and 302 IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to civil dispute, the deceased was brutally attacked by the petitioner and other accused with stone, knife and bottle, due to which, he died at the spot. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that on the day of occurrence, the accused persons have celebrated the Birthday function by bursting crackers and the same was questioned by the deceased, for which, he was done to death. 2/3

5. Considering the manner in which, the occurrence was took place and the specific overt act as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
