ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of Writ of Mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.01.2025 to correct his father's name in patta No.1214, which has been incorrectly entered as Pandiyaraj instead of Mr.Pandiyarajan.

2.In view of the limited relief sought for by the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's request for name correction and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
