ORDER

The defendant in O.S.No.510 of 2015 on the file of the Additional Sub Court, Karur, is the revision petitioner herein. He questions the order of attachment made before judgment in I.A.No.746 of 2015.

2.When the matter is posted for arguments, the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the plaintiff / respondent herein informs this Court that the suit itself was dismissed as settled out of Court. This submission is placed on record.

3.In this view of the matter, the order made in this Civil Revision Petition is set aside. The attachment has got to be necessarily raised.

4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
