ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent 1/3

Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.122 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, on 18.04.2024 the accused persons abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him with stick and also threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the occurrence took place only on 18.04.2024 and the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital.

5. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the victim and the fact that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
