ORDER

The petitioner, with a grievance that patta for his property was not properly issued, has submitted a representation before the respondents on 16.08.2022 and alleging that no action was taken on the said representation, has filed this writ petition for a mandamus for early disposal of his representation.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, submitted that appropriate orders would be passed by the second respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer on the representation of the petitioner, within a reasonable time.

3.Considering the limited scope of the relief sought for and the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent / Revenue 2/4

Divisional Officer to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
