O R D E R

DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN., J AND R.POORNIMA.,J The mother of 19 years old girl is before this Court seeking issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus for production of 19 year old girl. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.It appears that the daughter of the petitioner has fallen love with a boy, aged 19 and had eloped with him. It is the second time she has left the home. The respondents/Police has secured the girl as well as the boy. Both are present in the Court today. On enquiry, we find that the father of the girl not properly behaving with her. This forced her to leave the home and marry one Vasanthakumar of Thiruppatur, Sivaganai District. Both are now married and living happily. 2/4

4.Taking note of the fact that the girl is safe and living with the said Vasanthakumar on her own wish, this Court finds no merit in the Habeas Corpus Petition and hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands dismissed.
