ORDER

Complaining that the order dated 01.09.2022 passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.19462 of 2021 has not been complied with, the present writ petition came to be filed.

2.The respondent contemnor took the stand that there has been no cooperation on the side of the petitioner. I did not want to go into that aspect. I instead directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent on 06.06.2023. The petitioner appeared before the respondent. It is now clarified by the Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli that there are vacancies in five places. The petitioner has opted to join in BRTE, Cheranmahadevi. The Chief Educational Officer, Tirunelveli is directed to issue proceedings immediately posting the petitioner at the aforesaid place.
