O R D E R

Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner seeks release of the petition mentioned vehicle.

It was seized in connection with the illegal transportation of sand.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader points out that the petitioner is having one previous case of the same nature which was registered in the year 2019.

4. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant relief. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to produce the vehicle before the Jurisdictional criminal Court immediately without any delay. 5. With the liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition stands dismissed. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. No costs.
