ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order passed by this Court dated 09.01.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No. 27009 of 2022.
2. Today, when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, the application filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, having been considered, was disposed by order dated 20.04.2022 of the respondent and the copy also has been produced before this Court.

3. In view of the said compliance, we feel that, no further pursuasive action is required in this Contempt Petition. Hence, it is closed.
