RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition made in para-5 of the order dated 11.06.2021 made in Crl OP(MD)No.3309 of 2021 on the file of this Hon'ble Court that the petitioner shall appear before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, Virudhunagar and execute fresh personal bonds for a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand only) each with two sureties each for a likesum to the satisfaction of the concerned Judicial Magistrate and directing the petitioner to appear before any other Magistrate in neighboring district that may be fixed by this Court.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.FEROZ KHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.T.SENTHILKUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 11.06.2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3309 of 2021. The petitioner was directed to execute sureties before the jurisdictional magistrate. The petitioner states that he is facing life threat at the hands of the creditors. Therefore, he wants modification of the earlier order passed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) informs the Court that no such life threat is being faced by the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.4510 of 2021 3.Be that as it may, I do not find any ground to modify the order earlier passed. However, the petitioner is given two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to surrender before the jurisdictional magistrate and execute the sureties. 4.The criminal miscellaneous petition is disposed of accordingly.
