O R D E R
The petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh objection before the second respondent. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.
2. In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh objection before the second respondent, requesting that no document be registered in respect of the property described in such objection. If any such fresh objection is filed, the second respondent shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law, in the event any document is presented for registration in relation to the said property.
3. There shall be no order as to costs.
