This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent No.2 to file the final report in Crime No.98 of 2013 dated 01.09.2013 and proceed with the same as per law within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and the connected Criminal Original Petitions in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.14721 and 14722 of 2018 were allowed by this Court and the case in Crime NO.98 of 2018 was quashed and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
