This petition is filed seeking quashment of FIR in Cr.No.1117 of 2020, dated 30.07.2020. The case has been registered for the offence punishable under Sections 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's name has been deleted from the final report and a copy of the same has also been circulated.

3. Since the petitioner's name has been deleted from the final report, nothing survives for consideration or for direction in this petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
