O R D E R

This petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.60 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent police.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the victim girl as well as the petitioner were in love and subsequent to that, they got married on 13.06.2021 and now they are living happily together. On the ground he seeks quashment of the First Inforamtion Report.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Mahila Sessions Court, Madurai and the same is taken on file as Spl.S.CNo.58 of 2021 and the case is posted on 26.07.2021 for the appearance of the accused.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
