Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.SS.MADHAVAN, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.9133 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD) No.13 of 2022 dated 21.09.2022.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 28.09.2022 till today, without fail.

3.The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police. 4.Considering the above, the condition is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court, once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
