Heard the learned counsel on either side. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has carried out certain contract works for Nagercoil Corporation. The petitioner alleges that she has not been paid the bill amount. In this regard, the petitioner given a representation dated 07.08.2020. According to the petitioner, she must be paid a sum of Rs.17,00,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Lakhs Only) together with interest. The third respondent is directed to take a call on the said representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
