ORDER

I have heard Mr.Raguvaran Gopalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that patta, which had already been issued to the petitioner, was cancelled/recalled without any notice to the petitioner. The petitioner recently came to know about the said proceedings cancelling the patta for several property owners in and around that locality even in the year 2016. Immediately on coming to know of the said cancellation of patta, the petitioner has given a representation to the respondents on 15.03.2025 seeking issuance of patta in his favour.

3. Considering that the petitioner seeks only disposal of his representation on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.3.2025 2/4

after affording an opportunity by way of personal hearing to the petitioner and pass final orders, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 17.04.2025 am To
