ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to expedite the trial in H.M.O.P.No.526 of 2013 on the file of the II Sub Court (Camp Court), Thirumangalam, Madurai District.

2. According to the petitioner, the petitioner has filed HMOP.No.526 of 2013 before the II Sub Court (Camp Court), Thirumangalam, Madurai District, for divorce. The said OP was filed in the year 2013 and the notice was served to the respondent and thereafter, the matter has been adjourned from time to time for filing counter affidavit for the past 4 years. The respondent has not chosen to appear before the trial Court even on one occasion and he has also not filed counter affidavit and hence, he was set ex parte. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petition.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the learned II Subordinate Judge (Camp Court), Thirumangalam, Madurai District to dispose of the HMOP.NO.526 of 2013, if there is no impediment, as expeditiously as possible on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
