ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 418 and 420 of I.P.C., in Crime No.429 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lakhs only) from the defacto complainant, but, he did not execute the sale deed. The petitioner has separately filed a Civil Suit in O.S.No.

116 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Melur. Since, it is admitted by the petitioner that he has received a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs only) from the defacto complainant, the petitioner shall deposit the said amount in O.S.No.116 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Melur filed by him. 4.Subject to this Condition, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur and on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
