This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C seeking for a direction to the second respondent Police not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of any enquiry. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is submitted by learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) that they have received some intelligence against the petitioner, thereby, an enquiry was conducted and reported that there is no complaint pending against him. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) further submitted that the petitioner is not being harassed and his presence is not required any more.

4. Considering the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, if any complaint is received against him and directed to follow due process contemplated under law.
