ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil to complete the trial in C.C.No.25 of 2021 within a stipulated time as directed by the Court.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the trial is going to commence and the same will be completed within a period of six months.

4. Recording the submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Judge, Additional Mahila Court, Nagercoil is directed to complete the trial in C.C.No.25 of 2021 pending on his file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/5
