PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondent Nos.1 & 2 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent, which was subject matter of O.S.No.181 of 2017 on the file of the District Judge, Dindigul.

O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondent Nos.1 & 2 from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent, which was subject matter of O.S.No.181 of 2017 on the file of the District Judge, Dindigul.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent is a civil dispute. In this regard, a case in O.S.No.181 of 2017 is pending on the file of the District Judge, Dindigul. Simultaneously, the third respondent gave a complaint against the petitioners. The police registered the complaint and harassed him. Hence, he filed the present Writ Petition.

3. Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint has been closed as a civil dispute and they were directed to work out the remedy before the civil Court.
