The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition to punish the contemnor/respondent under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Page No. 1 of 3
Act, 1971, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.25188 of 2024, dated 23.10.2024.
2. here is sufficient compliance with the aforesaid order of this Court dated 23.10.2024, in view of the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner dated 13.03.2025, bearing reference Z4/D1/013580/2024, a copy of which has been filed before this Court. The same is taken on record.
3. Considering the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order dated 13.03.2025 in the manner known to law.
