O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant permission to conduct the "Raga boys" i.e. Aadal Padal programme on 26.04.2023 at around 7.00 p.m. in the evening at "Shri Selva Vinayakar, "Shri Pidari Amman, "Shri Bala Murugan Temple's, S.Kalapam Village, Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District based on the Petitioner's representation dated 17.04.2023.

2.Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is brought to the notice of this Court that on 08.04.2023, a murder took place in such a type of event in Keeranur Sub Division. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondents to reject the petitioner's representation without any reference to this Court. 2/4

4.With the above directions, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
