The petitioner based on the assignment order issued by the Collector, has sought for issuance of computerized patta by making a representation, dated 1/4

13.01.2025. The petitioner only seeks issuance of mandamus to dispose of the said application for issuance of computerized patta.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been assigned lands and the Collector has also affirmed the assignment by his order, dated. 11.03.1960, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's request, dated 13.01.2025 for issuing computerized patta and carry out necessary mutations in the revenue records. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
