Prayer:Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition.

O R D E R
When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.09.2020, this Court has passed the following order:- "In the main writ petition, the petitioners have sought for a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus challenging the different impugned orders passed by the different authorities on different dates.
2. In view of the above, the petitioners, though may be their grievance similar to that of each other, on that ground they cannot be permitted to join together and file a single writ petition.
3. The purpose of invoking Rule 2(b) of Appendix IV of the Rule to Regulate the Proceedings under Article 226 of 3/7
the Constitution of India, is not meant for clubing various issues or different variety of orders passed by the different authorities in one single writ petition and therefore, the present prayer in this writ miscellaneous petition, to permit the petitioners to join together and file a single writ petition, cannot be entertained.
4. In view of the same, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is rejected. It is open to the petitioners to file separate writ petitions challenging the respective impugned orders passed by the respective authorities/respondents."
2. Though this Court rejected this Writ Miscellaneous Petition, this matter is listed today under the caption for "Separate Court Fee not paid Cases".
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Miscellaneous Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, W.P(MD).SR.No.29798 of 2020 is rejected at the SR stage itself.
