Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent herein to pass final orders in respect of the Proceedings pending in Collector's Ref No.6718/2015/A5 dated 28.02.2015 filed by the petitioner herein in the light of the Proceedings of the 3rd Respondent dated 12.03.2015 made in Na.Ka.No.A1/17344/2014 within a stipulated time.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to direct the first respondent to pass orders in respect of the proceedings dated 28.02.2015.
2. Mr.N.Manoharan, learned Special Govt.Pleader takes notices for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Pandi, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the respondents pass appropriate orders in respect of the proceedings dated 28.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within the time stipulated by this Court.
5. The learned Special Govt.Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and the learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent have no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the application of the petitioner, dated 28.02.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
