ORDER

The petitioner is before this court for a direction to the second respondent to approve the school committee nominated by the educational agency of the petitioner school namely, Mangapuram Hindu Primary School, Srivilliputhur, Virudhunagar District.

2. The 3rd respondent recommended to the 2nd respondent to approve the school committee and the petitioner's grievance is that the 2nd respondent had not taken any steps to any committee.

3. Mr.N.Ramesh Arumugam, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, on receiving instructions submitted that the 2nd respondent will pass appropriate orders on the recommendation made by the second respondent within the time frame to be stipulated by this Court.

4. The said Submission is taken on record.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the recommendation dated 02.04.2026 made by the 3rd respondent on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four(4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
