ORDER

The revision petitioner filed O.S.SR.525 of 2016 before the Principal District Munsif, Shencottai to recover a certain sum of money from the respondent. Since the plaintiff did not enclose any supporting documents, the plaint was not numbered. Challenging the order returning the plaint, this Civil Revision Petition has been filed.

2. This Court is of the view that the Court below can very well number the plaint and leave it to the respondent to raise his objection upon entering appearance.

3. In this view of the matter, the order returning the plaint is set aside. The Court below shall number the plaint, if it is otherwise in order. This Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No Costs.

4. The Registry shall return the original plaint to the learned counsel for the petitioner for re-presentation before the Court below.
