This Writ Petition has been filed for a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey and demarcate the property comprised in S.No.143/10 A1-B to an extent of 0.03.85 hectare equivalent to 9 1⁄2 cents in Patta No.1480 and to transfer the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the survey was conducted and patta was also issued in the name of the petitioner and his legal heirs vide Patta No.5051 and that nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. A copy of the patta and the report of the Village Administrative Officer has also been furnished to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
