The petitioner based on a registered sale deed and separate patta no.2993 in her name, has made an application for survey, making payment of requisite charges on 07.11.2023. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite passage of several months, survey has not been conducted.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, in view of objections of one Maruthayi and her husband Periasamy that survey should not be conducted based on the petitioner's application, the officials have not come forward to conduct any survey. However, both Maruthayi and Periasamy are no more and therefore, as on date, there can be no impediment for the respondents to conduct survey.
4. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent with the assistance of the 3rd respondent shall conduct survey based on the petitioner's application, dated 2/4
07.11.2023 and 05.08.2024 and pass final orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
